We respect your privacy and want you to understand how, as a user of the Site, you can expect information about you to be affected by and protected in relation to your use of the Site.  By using the Site, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this Policy, so please do not use the Site if you do not agree with these terms.

1.What Types of Information Does LFF Collect Through the Site?

LFF collects a limited amount of personally identifiable information (“PII”), which is information that identifies you as an individual, from you if you voluntarily provide it.  Specifically, the “Contact” section within the Site offers you the option to submit your first and/or last name, your organizational affiliation and your email address.  You may also submit other information through the “Contact” page, which could include additional PII about you.  We advise you not to submit PII about anyone other than yourself.  If you do submit PII about another individual, you are agreeing that you have obtained that individual’s consent for such submission to us.

The “Contact” section also provides contact information that you may use to call or email us.  If we collect PII from you when you contact us by phone or email, we will treat that PII in the same manner as PII you submit directly through the “Contact” section.

In order to best deliver relevant digital advertising to you, LFF also collects your Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our services.
